We also recommend and install propane tanks to offset your solar power consumption. The only utility you will need to have in your tiny house is water. We will discuss many different options with you, including solutions for water, during your free consultation.

Tiny homes on trailers cannot exceed 8’5” wide, and 13’6” tall. The length of your tiny home cannot exceed 40’ long.
You can heat and cool a tiny house very easily. We can install a ductless air conditioner and heater unit, but our homes come already equipped with a nice ceiling fan, plenty of windows and two wall heaters.
The composting toilet we like to use for our tiny homes is the Sun Mar Excel.

Grey water is the water that comes from the sinks and shower. Our tiny houses come with a hose run-off feature to empty the grey water away from your house. Other options are to add a holding tank or dig a soak pit and hook up the hose run-off fitting accordingly.
There is no sewage in our tiny homes as we use composting toilets. We highly recommend going this route because it eliminates the need for plumbing and a sewer hookup; and composting toilets save water. The compositing toilet we recommend is very convenient and easy to use.
It does not smell and it requires very little maintenance. We prefer this over traditional toilets, even in traditional homes!
